Dr. Huisuo Huang, is a Global Food Scientist Applications in Meat at ROHA USA LLC. She received her M.S. in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida in 2010 and her Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Missouri in 2016. She served as a reviewer for many respected international journals. Her current studies are mainly focused on applications of natural color in meat, casings and surimi, as well as dry seasoning blends, and develops new color formations for various food applications
